About us
Brixton Full Gospel Church is a Pentecostal Christian church in New Malden, south London.
BFGC’s multicultural family invites everyone curious about God's place in their life to join us at church—2.30pm every Sunday—where you will hear live music from the BFGC Band, and inspirational speaking.
BFGC’s pastor, Paul Song—a South Korean native, and former policeman—came to the UK with a "burning desire" to reach out to people in Brixton, London and the whole United Kingdom.
Pastor Paul said: "When I came to this country I knew only two words—’hallelujah’ and ’amen’. But I still had faith that I could preach the Word of God in English."
You can now find the indomitable Pastor Paul doing just that, outside Brixton’s KFC and in New Malden every Saturday afternoon!
BFGC was formed in September 1996 and has since seen several locations and many setbacks. But the church continues to grow in faith and number, and recently took up residence in New Malden where we join our sister church London Shepherd Church. However, BFGC continue our work in Brixton and will soon open a mobile church on Windrush Square.
The work of BFGC centres on a unifying purpose, which compells its members to edify (teach), encourage, exalt (praise God), equip and envangalise (spread the Word of God)—what we like to call our "five Es".
