| About us Brixton Full Gospel Church is a pentecostal Christian church in Clapham Park, south London.
BFGC’s multicultural family invites everyone curious about God's place in their life to join us at church—2.30 every Sunday—where you will hear live music from the BFGC Band, and inspirational speaking.
BFGC’s pastor, Paul Song—a South Korean native, and former policeman—came to the UK with a "burning desire" to reach out to people in Brixton and the surrounding area.
Pastor Paul said: "When I came to this country I knew only two words—’hallelujah’ and ’amen’. But I still had faith that I could preach the Word of God in English."
You can now find the indomitable Pastor Paul doing just that, outside Brixton’s KFC restaurant every Saturday afternoon!
BFGC was formed in September 1996 and has since seen several locations and many setbacks. But the church continues to grow in faith and number, and is currently in the process of securing a permanent base in the heart of Brixton.
The work of BFGC centres on a unifying purpose, which compells its members to edify (teach), encourage, exalt (praise God), equip and envangalise (spread the Word of God)—what we like to call our "five Es".
